How do I buy a gift card?

You can buy a gift card for yourself or someone else above.

How do I apply a promo code?

  • Open up your Givego account.

  • Click Settings and scroll down to the Membership section.

  • Click Join Today and select Yearly

  • Add in a payment method either Credit Card or Apple Pay (You will not be charged for your first year’s subscription. If you are given a free subscription code. This will allow you to tip experts and buy more Direct Connect sessions at a discount rate.)

  • Click Add Promotion and enter your code then press Apply.

How long does my subscription last?

A Givego Gold Subscription can be purchased either monthly or annually. If you select monthly, your subscription will be renewed every month. If you select annually, your subscription will renew on the date you first purchased Givego Gold. 

Do you have other subscriptions?

We currently only offer our Givego Gold Subscription to the general community. If you came to Givego from one of our brand partners, you may have an alternate subscription type as a result of that partnership. 

 

Do you offer a subscription trial?
